A quick update since the Neuroplasticity Course launch

Good news!

Hi friend,

It has been four weeks since the program went live, and I wanted to share a short update.

I haven’t emailed much since the launch because I’ve been inside the course every day, watching how people move through the modules, refining lessons, and supporting members through the practices. It has been incredibly meaningful to see what happens when someone finally understands their symptoms through the lens of neuroplasticity and begins working with their brain instead of fighting their body.

Here is one piece of feedback I received 3 weeks into the course:

This member has lived with chronic pain for over a decade. In recent years, it became severe enough that she was almost immobile and deeply depressed. Three weeks into the course, she is already noticing huge improvements in pain reduction, mobility and sleep.

Stories like her’s matter because they confirm what modern neuroscience keeps showing us. When the brain stops running a survival pattern, the body can finally heal. This is not placebo. It is brain physiology at play. Neural pathways update in real time, and when someone learns how to send accurate safety signals to the brain, change can happen quickly.

I have said this before many times: It is easier to change your brain than it is to grow muscle in the gym. Neuroplasticity happens in real time, second to second, and immediately, so time doesn’t matter. New stimuli and repetition is the recipe for change.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be adding more lessons, more guided practices, and more science explainers so you always have a clear path back to homeostasis. If you’re already inside, you’ll get everything automatically. If you’re not inside yet, you’ll hear more details soon.

If you’re curious about the course and want to talk through a specific symptom you’re dealing with, you can reply to this email and ask me anything. I’m happy to help you understand whether your symptoms fit the neuroplastic pattern and what the next steps could look like.

Thank you for being here. Truly.

Dr. Rita Gupta is coming for a live Q/A on Nov 19, at 11 AM PST. If you are inside, make sure to come with your medical & neuroplasticity questions!

I care deeply about this work and I’m excited to keep building this movement with you.

With love,

Kimia
