What is most important to you right now?

The answer is different for everyone.

But I believe that whatever matters most to you should guide you through your healing journey.

Years ago, when I was 18 and dealing with chronic pain after a hiking accident, a chiropractor told me something that changed the way I look at chronic illness.

The chiropractor said:

"I keep adjusting your back, but your nerves are so tense they keep pulling your spine back to where it was."

That’s when I realized my pain wasn’t really about my back at all. It was about my nervous system being stuck in a chronic stress response. And chronic stress response is something I’d never heard of before.

For years, I tried everything to fix myself.

  • Raw vegan diets

  • 14 day water fasts

  • Endless visits to back specialists

Every supplement and treatment I tried was supposed to bring me closer to relief. But instead, every solution brought me closer to a life of pain and agony.

To be honest…

My nervous system had been dysregulated long before my hiking accident. A stressful childhood being raised under the Iranian regime. Trauma. And my brain’s learned response to uncertainty had created the perfect storm of chronic symptoms.

But through 7 years of trial and error to find a solution. I discovered one thing that could drastically change your chronic illness symptoms:

Your brain learned these patterns, which means it can unlearn them too.

That’s why I have to ask…

What’s your purpose in healing? What would feeling safe in your body again mean for you?

Whatever the answer is, let it guide you.

I'm not saying the healing journey is easy. But I've learned that when we work WITH our nervous system instead of against it, profound shifts become possible. Not through force or pushing through, but through gentle, evidence-based practices that help your brain remember it's safe to heal.

My purpose now is helping others discover what I wish I’d known years ago…

…That your symptoms of pain, anxiety, or depression aren’t a life sentence. They’re your nervous system’s way of communicating, and when we listen with compassion instead of fear.

You can feel comfortable in your skin again.

If you're ready to explore a different approach to healing — one that honors both your real physical experience and your brain’s incredible capacity for change) — I’m getting ready to share something special with you.

I'm launching my first-ever program that combines everything I've learned about:

  • Neuroplasticity

  • Nervous system regulation

  • And trauma informed healing

This program is designed for people who are tired of just managing chronic symptoms and ready to address the root cause.
